Oh wow, this is so beautiful! Where to start, where to start? Well, I guess I'll start with the impression I get when first looking at this. Honestly, I get this feeling of shall we say, caring? It's obvious by how close they are to each other that they have some sort of relationship. But more than that, the tender way he's smiling at her just shows how much he cares. She looks concerned, possible worried about something, but it's like his big warm hand and soft sweet words could melt that doubt away. I'm not exactly sure, but maybe she's worried that she doesn't deserve him. And of course, he's saying that's not the case, that he loves her and only her.

As for the picture itself, absolutely gorgeous. The way you play with the light and the way it falls upon these two, like a soft light from heaven is wonderful. The clothing is cute and contemperary, but better yet you shaded it to match the light source (that's really hard to do and you did it great!). You're anatomy seems great (gah! your hands are perfect!), and what an interesting angle! I like how it's slightly to the side and we are able to see both of their faces very well. All in all a simply wonderful piece that is absolutely going in my favorites. I think you should do wonderfully in that contest!
